Print wirelessly from my Laptop via my bt hub and via my Desktop PC connected to a printer.

I wonder if someone is able to help. I have been printing as above in the SUBJECT for months.

Since downloading some software this printing procedure has stopped working.

Would you believe that I have forgotten how to do it.  Can somebody remind me how to do it.  Thank you.
