Problem to enter Intel Raid Bios in Inspiron 14z

Hi all! I'm trying to activate ssd 32gb mSata bundled in my laptop (a Dell Inspiron 14z, new) for swap my mechanical hdd, for acelerate windows 8.1.

I've searched all the internet and do a lot of thing, used this recommendations:

As said DELL-Sujatha, there is a part where I need to put CTRL-I to get into intel raid bios, my problem is I dont have that screen nor the message for put ctrl-I for get bios.

How can I activate the intel raid bios message in POST for get in?
