Problem with the cursor moving while typing
I have read some posts about people have problems with the touch pad sensitivity moving the cursor while people were typing. I have looked for controls in the mouse control area and I have found nothing. Is there anything I can download to correct this problem.
Thank you
Charlie

Hi 6boyz
Welcome to the community
We are sorry for the inconvinence. I can suggest few steps which could fix the issue on the system. Request you to go to Control panel and select mouse. You would be seeing a popup with settings. Request you to find the option which says mouse sensitivity and reduce it. Also there is an option which says disable mouse while typing. Request you to use these options
Alternatively we can try updating the touchpad drivers. Please find the link below for downloading the driver for the touchpad. Request you to select the system model and download the touchpad software and once installed restart the system.
This should fix the issues. Let us know if you have any other queries
Thanks & Regards

Hi 6boyz,
Please do not worry about the issue as it is repairable. TOuchfreeze is a Windows software and not from Dell. I can suggest you to update the touchpad drivers and BIOS on the system which should fix the issue. Please find the link below for Touchpad and BIOS drivers. While updating BIOS request you to connect the Ac Adapter and once the installation in initiated Please do not use the system until it restarts.
