Quickset not supported system
Hi, I'm trying to install quickset for my inspiron 7447 with this link http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=4PN0G&fileId=3391947175&osCode=WB64A&productCode=inspiron-14-7447-laptop&languageCode=en&categoryId=AP
but i can't install, it's say "This is not a supported system" How to fix it???

Hi,
Please let me know the operating system installed on the computer so that we can check if you are trying to install the compatible file.
Also, Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the Dell Quickset application from Application section onto the system and install it.
