Qwerty laptop in Belgium
What's the easiest way to buy a Dell laptop with qwerty internal keyboard in Belgium. The default keyboard in Belgium is azerty. A year ago I bought a Dell in Belgium for a friend with qwerty keyboard and english edition of Windows 8, right now the options for keyboard and windows localization seem to be gone.
So what are my options? Buying a Dell laptop through the dutch Dell site, they have qwerty as default, but still have a dutch windows 8.
Or ... buy in the UK...qwerty and english edition windows, but get another power adapter.
Is it me, or is Dell getting user unfriendlier the last years?

I think Dell are getting less friendly. I called their sales to ask if I could have Windows 8 English for delivery to Luxembourg, and they said if it wasn't on the website, you can't have it! Looking now at the HP Envy. Bye bye Dell.
