Randomly Shutting down or Restart during use in Inspiron 14z 5423

My laptop got restarted randomly during normal use. I have this problem since I bought it, so any solution given by dell support didn't work.

When I saw the solution for 1558, I think in my problem and I checked possible solutions for me. Nothing appeared.

I'm writting in this forum looking for a hope, because I lost it. Of course, I will never buy a Dell again, is a waste of money, in my experience.
