I hv dell studio 1535 laptop. My arrow keys are not working.kindly help me!!

Have you tried doing a 'System Restore', to a time when they were working?
Have you tried reinstalling the chipset +/or touchpad drivers?
I'm aware the touchpad drivers shouldn't affect the keyboard/keys, but you never know. They're worth trying, if reinstalling/updating the chipset drivers doesn't help?
You'll find all the drivers/software for the Studio 1535 here, if you want to try reinstalling/updating various drivers :emotion-5:
If nothing you try solves the problem, and nobody else has any suggestions, you might be best contacting Dell tech support?
It could be that the keys are faulty of course - although for them all to go... especially at the same time, would be very unusual!?

Do you have a scroll lock key on your keyboard? This happened to me at work and was driving me mad until I discovered that a cleaner had pressed the scroll lock and locked my arrow keys.
