Recommend a good USB Docking station?

Hello everyone.... I have a Dell Studio 1558 and am looking for a good USB docking station or perhaps even a port replicator.  I want to set up a monitor, keyboard, and mouse at my office and then just pick up the laptop and go when I need to. 

Any recommendations?
