Regarding Non committal services of Dell Partner Compuindia Banglore

I have purchased 2 laptops in January 2016 from Dell's Authorized reseller Compuindia Banglore. Both the laptops delivered in good packing and were working fine. I have sent my request online as suggested for change of ownership at Dell site and got it done and received confirmation from Global Tag team in April 2016. But I was surprised to see that my warrant got expired in March 2016 with in two months of purchase. When I explored the details it was showing the date of shipment to Compuindia Banglore and found that Dell has changed the ownership but have not updated warranty renewal for new customer.

Now I am sending request and reminders to Compuindia and Dell support team for the needful. They are saying that my request is under process. But even after 3 months they are not able to rectify the same.

My laptop got damaged accidentally, I wanted to get it repaired but waiting for reply on warranty issue.
