Restarting
I reset my laptop where it would be brand new but after it reached 100% it kept restarting over and over. The dell logo keeps appearing along with a percentage that hasn't moved in 2 days. The laptop turns off and inn repeatedly and I can't do anything to it

The system is still power on ? Or when powering on system, does it still goes up to 100% and then restart ?

Please close lid, remove AC adapter, and then battery. Press 'Power On' button for about 15 seconds to release Status Flea Power. Replace battery, adapter, and then power on system. Hopefully system starts normally. Look forward to your update.
