Restoring Dell Inspiron 5755
I recently became an owner via my mother in law. I reset the computer from windows, but during the update it froze and I had to do a hard reboot. Now it takes me to the critical update (light) blue screen, flashes the loading icon, and then goes to a black screen with only my pointer in attendance. I would appreciate help fixing it from inside the setup utility.

Windows 10 is on the system?
In the meantime, power on system, wait about 3 minutes, close the lid ( please don't power off), turn over the computer, remove AC adapter and then battery. Press 'Power On" button for 15 seconds to release Static Flea Power. Replace battery, adapter, and then power on system. Hopefully system start normally.
