Hi
The rubber seal around the screen of my Latitude E7240 is coming off
I can see in other posts that this is covered by the warranty
But I don't know how to take things further
Any idea what to do when Dell do not reply?

I simply contacted Dell support by email and as it is covered by the warranty I received a replacement part very quickly indeed
