SD Card Reader not working Vostro 1000
I accessed my SD Card with the Reader last night without fail. Today it won't even acknowledge there is a card in the slot.
I have removed it, rebooted and tried again.
I have uninstalled it from Device Manager and reinstalled it again.
I have tried just about everything i can possibly think of.
Any suggestions?

Did you try installing the Ricoh R5C832 Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> drivers, again?
How did you remove your memory card? There is a little green icon bear the clock, left click on it and then click safely remove SD Memory Card

I just installed this RICOH driver on my laptop, but it still doesn't work.
it also said that the driver that was installed was better suited for the device (or something like that)
I've also tried the fix on this website http://www.antifart.com/2007/12/31/dell-vostro-1000-sdhc-driver.html
to no avail!
is there a fix for this or what?
