Hi VARUN6183,

The 0146 is a HDD failure. You would need to replace the HDD on the system.

To recover the data, you could get a HDD enclosure and connect it to a working system and copy any available files. Or you could visit any local data recovery center to recover any important data.

I would suggest you to replace the existing HDD with a SSD, as the rate of failure of a SSD is far less than a standard HDD.

Kindly find the compatible SSD for your system from Crucial here.

Once the HDD is replaced, you would need to reinstall the OS on it, so ensure you have a copy of the OS media, unless you have opted to get a HDD with the OS image mounted.

Also, please click my DELL-username and write me a private message with the service tag and your Name for case records.

Let us know if you have any other queries.
