Service tag not recognized at Dell India Technical support of dell inspiron originally purchased from Dell USA.
I bought dell inspiron 15R from USA and made ownership transfer in India as I would be using it in India. However, my service tag does not get recognized at dell india technical support ( http://www.dell.com/support/incidents/in/en/indhs1/email/tagchange ). I am not able to send emails to technical support as service tag is not being recognized. Please help

Hi Digesh,
The issue has been fixed, now you should be able to access the technical support page by punching your service tag. Please do reply incase of any concern.

Hi Digesh,
Please refrain from updating your personal details on forum. I am able to see the tag information tied with India region. However please spare me about a day or two while i check with the concerned team regarding this. Meanwhile if you are facing any technical issues please elaborate.
