Stuck at dell logo screen
Hey my PC dell inspiron 11 3148 is frozen at logo screen.
I tried restarting it
It restarts when I long press power button for 10 sec. But again stuck at dell logo.
It was working till last nyt very without any problem.
But today this happened
But nothing worked for me
Also f2 & f12 keys are not working here.

Hi,
Thank you writing to us!
This seems to be a hardware issue on the system . We would request you to provide the service tag of the system .
Since we are not able to boot to perform any test on the system not boot into BIOS .

My problem is solved now, thank you for ir tym
Actually l forgot to bring my memory card adapter out from PC.
Now it's working fine.
I want to know about the USB 3.0 slot,
It is USB 3.0 or 3.1 gen. Port??
