Studio 1555 with 2.0Mp webcam not working at 640 x 480 on Skype

Anyone with advice:emotion-55: :The new 2Mp cam supports 640 x 480 VGA image size according to dell specifications . However, Skype video data shows it is only transmitting at 320 x 240 QVGA. Does anyone know how to force Skype or the 1555 to use 640 x 480 VGA. The line bandwidth is not an issue as my other Logitech 9000 sends at at 640 x 480 from my PC with no problems.
