Studio 1569 - brand new - keyboard issue.

The function keys perform the alt function without the alt key depressed and will not perform the normal funtion operation at all.  A wireless keyboard does not have that problem.  No other keys seem to have any issues.  Is there a lock function for the alt stroke?
