Yup, same laptop, i'm resetting the computer rught now, will update you it it worked.

Whats weird about it is that dell's site says that this computer is not supported for windows 10, but when i checked the compatibility list it was there!

Me too, same error... annoying that the XPS 13 is 3 days old... and, came with Win 8.1 instead of Win 10.

That's weird. I remember always seeing Windows 10 is compatible message when I click on the icon.

The other issue I'm having is the touch screen is not working either :(

Exact same system and issue. Any solution?

Same problem here. I reinstalled the Windows 8.1 drivers from the Dell Support Site. Update still fails.

Also I'm not able to open the Dell Touchpad settings. Everytime I try this, nothing happens.

Same issue here! Annoyingly I can't seem to find a way of stopping that update from being installed, anyone know how to do it?
