TB15 Dock Not Working No Matter What How to ask for TB16?

Hey,

I'm using XPS 13 with TB15 and nothing helps. I keep getting an unstable connection with the dock.I've read all the support articles on TB15, I've updated the latest BIOS and the latest Drivers for both the Docking and the Laptop but NOTHING.

I heard that there is a replacement for this product - TB16, how do I open a request for a replacement?

I have not heard that Dell is replacing TB15 with TB16 Docks. You can contact Dell Support by phone at 1-800-624-9897 and make that request.
