Takes too long to boot

Dell Inspiron 14 5000 Series takes 10 minutes on Dell logo then another 10 minutes logging in on my account and 10 minutes for me to click anything on my desktop.

I did CHKDSK /f /r and SFC /scannow, still the same.

Run an extended diagnostic on the system (particularly on the hard drive).

F12 at powerup.

I did that, it gave me an error 2000-0145. I'm running a thorough test on HDD now and still running

Under warranty:  contact Dell with the exact error and they'll replace the drive.

Out of warranty: you'll need a new 2.5" 7 mm SATA notebook drive.

Your hard drive has failed.
