The TB16 uses standard Dell AC adapters, which are rated for 120-240V and 50-60Hz, so as long as you had an adapter to change the physical plug for your outlet style (or you had a spare appropriate cord to connect the AC adapter brick to the wall without need for an adapter), it will work just fine.

Thanks for the help guys!
Any idea which version I need for the 4K xps 9560? Do I need the 180W or the 240W?

The XPS 15 9560 requires the TB16 to be powered by the 240W adapter.
