I placed the order for laptop online and billing/shipping address was mixed up. So I cancelled the order and placed another over the phone. The order was not connected to my Dell account so I could not even get invoice. I spent 2!! days trying to resolve the issue with Dell Customer Service with multiple people. Every time the waiting time was 45-60 min. They bluntly lie that the problem "fixed". I still not able to see the order using my account and retrieve the invoice.
These people should be fired unless this is the way Dell wants to do business. If this is the case I will make sure that my customers (I am an IT consultant) will never buy Dell equipment.
