I have some issues trying to boot my almost new Dell XPS 13 9365, and it's not possible. I've started looking at the possible solutions on Dell's website, but I'm not able to find any information about my exact laptop - when I'm trying to submit my Service Tag, I receive an error "There is no match for that Service Tag or product ID."
Laptop has been bought on 9/20/2017 in Best Buy, Las Vegas NV. Unfortunately, I'm now outside of the US and I'm not able to solve this issue locally.
