Toshiba Dynadock Video Driver will fails installation

I have Dell Inspirion N7010 and a Toshiba Dynadock U. When installing the drivers for the dynadock all install except for the Video Driver which consistently fails with VBScript engine disabled. I have tried all recommended methods to enable this but this so far no results. I am running Windows 7 64bit SP1. When I plug in the Dynadock the laptop screen goes blank. The Dynadock works perfectly on wife's Toshiba Sattelite. Any help from anyone who has worked their way through this problem would be greatly appreciated.
