Touchpad driver shows"installed successfully" but it doesn't work neither it shows in control panel .

We would suggest you to uninstall the drivers first and restart the system and then reinstall the drivers from the link: http://dell.to/2gG7KaM

Once updated kindly check in device manager if the drivers come up.
