Touchpad gesture switches between Chrome tabs and cannot be disabled

I have an Inspiron laptop with a Dell touchpad. Since upgrading to Windows 10, a new gesture has appeared. If I put one finger in the lower left corner of the touchpad and swipe to the right, the computer will switch tabs in whatever program is open. Since most programs don't have tabs this usually isn't an issue, but when using Chrome, I end up accidentally switching the tab all the time. In the settings for Dell Pointing Devices, there is no specific option to disable this setting. I can turn it off by disabling all gestures, but then I loose the ability to two finger scroll, which I use all the time. Does anyone have any idea how to disable this particular gesture?
