Touchpad problem in 15 r n5110

Sir, I am very much depressed by my touchpad. It's new inspiron 15 r, n5110, one that has changeable lid. The touchpad doesn't work accurately, it keeps on vibrating or sometime just runs here and there with little touch. I have installed alps touchpad, and even sensitivity is good enough.

Because of this, i prefer not to use my laptop very often, please provide some solution.
