Touchpad's right click broken

Hi Dell support,

I'm a user in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. My dell inspiron 15R 5520's righ click touchpad was broken and I can not find any place to buy it in my country. So I'm writing this to seek your help to find places that I can make an order.

Attached is a picture of my problem.

From Jul 31, but there is no any reply to me. I thought this is not his responsibility, but with an email from customer you can not do that, you also can FW email to ask some want in charge to support me rather than no any reply, this is so rude.
