UNKNOWN ERROR MESSAGE ON BOOT-UP

i have an inspiron 6000 running windows xp.whenever i boot up i get this message: SQLDUMPER library failed initialization.your installition is either corrupt or has been tampered with.please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem. if anyone could give me some advice i would be grateful.

i didn't have to use it .When i uninstalled microsoft office some of the registry files didn't get cleared.That's what the error message was for.Once i cleared those files everything was back to normal..thanks to everyone for all their help.
