USB 3.1 (Thunderbolt Driver) update issue on Latitude 7370 in Windows 7
So I am trying to update my USB 3.1 driver to enable me to switch over to the new TB16 dock. I did an update to the current bios for the 7370 but I still can't get the driver to update from the old version (15.2.30.280) to the new version (16.2.55.275). It fails out every time. I've tried with the dock unplugged and plugged in. I've tried uninstalling the old version just installing the new version. No go with that either. I've tried doing it from the dell command update, direct download from dell and direct download from intel. Again no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd suggest you temporary disable the Antivirus software and Firewall on the system and then try again.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd suggest you update the other chipset drivers as well. In your Dell Product Support page, please update them one by one or in correct (Installation) order.
