USB-C Network connection not functioning properly

I just received an XPS 15 9560. I have tried using both a DA200 adapter and TB16 docking station. I have video (haven't checked audio), but my network connection is not working right. After several minutes it will finally connect, but it is slow at best and my internet connection is non-existent. If I run with my wifi card all is well.

I have messed with driver and chipset updates, power settings on the computer and wifi card - basically anything I could find and nothing has worked. While I can work on the wifi, it defeats the purpose of having the TB 16 or even the adapter. I assume since the adapter doesn't work right either it must be the port or some setting for it.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
