USB-IF xHCI USB Host Controller Issue

One fine day, USB-IF xHCI USB Host Controller stopped working. I've been trying to deal with the issue but have been totally unsuccessful. My mouse randomly stops working and my phones don't charge after a certain period of time.

On top of that Intel doesn't support windows 8 in this matter and I can't find any drivers on the Microsoft site.

I need help and I'd be grateful if somebody could provide that
