USB Ports on Latitude E7250

Just taken a delivery of a new Lat E7250 but am unable to connect a USB mouse (either cord or cordless) in any of the three ports.  Could it be that the USB drivers have been deleted?

Does anyone have advice on how I can fix this?

Many thanks!

RE: USB Ports on Latitude E7250

Request you to Check in device manager ,delete the USB root hubs listed under Universal Serial Bus Controller .

Check and advise if the system works with any other USB device .If it doesn't then I would suggest you to update the USB drivers ( Click here to go to support site enter system service tag choose the operating system and download ,install  the USB drivers ) .

Also check in the system BIOS if the USB ports are enabled .

I hope this helps .If there are any more queries do reply to this post with service tag info of the system (sent via private message )

Hoping to hear from you soon .

Kindest Regards ,
