USB bad

I have an Inspiron 2500 notebook (old school I know). The internal USB port went bad. I am trying to find a replacement for it. Does anyone know where I can locate one for a reasonable price?

What I've done before is to use a PCMCIA card with USB ports on it.  You can try something like this.  It will also give you USB 2.0 if you don't already have it.
