USB port 3.0 does not work

Hello, I have an Inspiron 7548 notebook, Service Tag: <Admin Note: Removed as per privacy policy>, Express Service Code: <Admin Note: Removed as per privacy policy>
Buy 2 USB 3.0 USB memory stick 128 gb each and does not recognize the pendrive, nor appears in file explorer, the ports work well as it takes pendrive 128gb 2.0,
Update the bios DELL inc. A07 03/17/16 and still I do not recognize them.

Hi GRANFENICIO,

Do the 3.0 drives work fine on another machine? Have you tested them on the port of the left and right side of the machine? 

Are there any unknown devices in device manager? What is the current OS installed on the system?

If the system was working fine earlier, then perform a system restore to restore the machine to an earlier point where it was working fine - http://bit.ly/1JEw2ov 

Reinstall the chipset drivers from here - http://dell.to/2j2zUKh 

Enable the built in admin account and check if it works fine - http://bit.ly/1JoFhcw

Restart the system and press f12 key on startup - choose diagnostics. Let it run the diags and if you encounter any errors - make a note of the complete error and report the same to us. These are onboard diagnostics and they might possible pick some error if the hardware is not functional.
