USB ports constantly disconnect
Hi all,
I have purchased a Dell Latitude E6440 laptop recently. My service tag is <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
whenever I connect a USB device either thumb derive or external hard disk it disconnects after sometime and then reconnect. The device keeps on connecting/disconnecting every 2-5 minutes or whenever I copy a large file to the device.
I have installed the latest chipset driver and the latest USB drivers from the Dell website.
I hope you can help with this problem.

OK thank you for your response. However, I have taken a look at the link you have provided and it seems that they did not reach to a solution!
