I am hoping someone can help with this. I am unable to download driver files from the Dell support site.
What happens is that the top portion of my screen shades over and the message at the lower left of the the IE window displays the yellow triangle with the exclamation point and says error on page.
So far I have done the following to try a workaround.
I have tried downloading from multiple computers on the same network both wireless and direct connect. Same problem. All running XP
I have tried changing security settings and disabling the firewall with the same results.
How about trying a different web browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome?
