The newest driver won't installed even if it original driver.. video card is working on epsa testing.. what should i do?? Please help me.. thanks in advance
What is the current OS installed on the system? When did the issue start? When does the bluescreen occur? What applications are you using when the system crashes with bluescreen?
Update the BIOS - http://dell.to/2bfcLVa - and reinstall the video drivers from the same site.
If the bluescreens still occur, then reinstall the video drivers from the vendor site - http://bit.ly/1RXcKFr
Run a stress test on the system through Support Assist - http://dell.to/1NEc1Y4
Restart the system and press f12 key on startup - choose diagnostics. Let it run the diags and if you encounter any errors - make a note of the complete error and report the same to us.
