Vertical Scroll bar comes down
Hi,
My dell laptop is having windows 2008 OS. The issue is whatever the application which is having vertical scrollbar, suddenly goes down and i am not able to move the vertical scroll bar up.

Can you check if the laptop works fine in "Safemode"?

Yes I checked in the "Safemode" still the issue remains same.

Hi,
Can you connect an external mouse and a keyboard to check if that makes any difference?
