Video Freezes often in the browsers other than IE

Hi ,

My laptop is Dell-i7348 which has Intel HD graphics 5500 and my graphics card supports 4K videos too. I've been encountering a new problem from past 3 months. When I try to watch a HD video on IE  , I can watch the video without any pain. But when I try watching the video in the browsers other than IE, I see that the video freezes multiple times . If I download a 4K video  and watch it on my laptop, I see that the laptop is not having any trouble with playing it.I tried following things:

1. Checked if browsers are using Hardware acceleration

2. Ran Compatibility Tests and tried it for previous version of Windows

3. Reset my pc

4. Disabled all the extensions

5. Cleared Browser cache.

I'm not able to figure out the problem. If there is any problem with my graphics card, it can't play 4K videos either on IE or using some other video player. This is really annoying problem . Let me know how to solve this.
