Hi PRATEEKATAL,
What is the current OS installed on the system?
Create a system restore point - http://dell.to/1Sg6khF
Download the Intel drivers - http://intel.ly/1eIqYrZ
Uninstall the existing video drivers from device manager and programs and features - update the BIOS - http://dell.to/1Tf3ld1 - restart the machine and reinstall the drivers downloaded and check if it works fine.
Create a local admin account and check - http://bit.ly/1Bgok2R
Restart the system and press f12 key on startup - choose diagnostics. Let it run the diags and if you encounter any errors - make a note of the complete error and report the same to us.
Keep us updated.
