Volume, Brightness, play buttons not working on XPS 13
Hello,
The controls (volume, brightness, keyboard brightness, etc) on the F1-F12 buttons are not working. This is probably a setting issue but my XPS 13 is new and I haven't done much with it except let my kids play with it. If I want to adjust volume, I have to manually open up the program to adjust it. It is just getting annoying. Please help.

What is the exact system model? What is the current OS installed on the system? Are you trying to use the fn key + the f1-f12 keys?
It seems that the fn key behavior might have changed. See this link to change the behavior - http://bit.ly/2a8GiP8 - one of the listed steps should help fix the issue.
