Vostro 5468 screen resolution

I'm trying to set a higher resolution for my computer as a friend of mine has, 1920X1080, the processors supports as much as maximum of 4096x2304 and I am limited to 1366X768, and as I said, a friend of mine with the same model and same specs is able to set it.

Is there a solution for this?

The only way to get higher resolution is to replace the screen, yes -- just bear in mind that doing so will also void any warranty you have on the system.  If the system is new (within 30 days of purchase from Dell), return it and order the one you want with a higher-resolution screen.

The FHD display is an at-purchase option on this model - the standard screen is 1366X768.

Two systems can have the same CPU, RAM and drive and have been purchased with different screen resolutions.  To verify your panel, go into system setup -- F2 at powerup.  It'll indicate the native resolution of the screen (which is almost certainly 1366X768 for yours).
