Vostro Keyboard damage in 1 year
I have been become Dell laptop fans, i have already purchase since some dell generation. But, in the recent year i purchase vostro 5470, unfortunately my keyboard damage after 1 year.
I always use my laptop with careful, when i tried to contact the reseller, they said that the keyboard is not ready and have to wait untuk 2 months with no information about the price.
Is there any solution for me.

Regret the inconvenience caused to resolve the issue!
But request you to confirm what exactly is the issue with the keyboard .Also provide the service tag or reference no of the case so that I can check the previous tech's case log to assist you further .
