I've now discovered it's not my backup drive that doesn't work through my WD15 - it's that none of the USB 3 ports work, with anything. My conversation with Tech Support was, although not for lack of effort on their part, uneventful and without result. How did Dell release these docking stations which are so insanely flawed? The other ports are, dare I say, working well. It's just frustrating that I need to bring my USB hub back into play. I can already feel more cables creeping back out onto my desk. Dell, if your listening, please fix this; and no I'm not changing my WiFi card or settings.
