WEBCAM ERROR

Having error other application using webcam, but nothing is using it.

Can you help?

I have reinstalled the driver several times still same problem.

Hi alanria,

Close any applications that are currently using the webcam (this may include web pages). Save and close any applications that you are currently working on as the computer will need to restart.

  1. Click Start & Search.
  2. Right-Click Computer.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click Device Manager in the upper left-hand corner.
  5. Click the arrow to the left of Imaging devices. 
  6. Right-click Integrated webcam or USB camera.
  7. Click Uninstall.
  8. Confirm the uninstall process by clicking OK.
  9. Once uninstalled, restart the computer.
