Hi, I can't access to my wireless network because it seems there is no more wifi card install on my computer.

I perform the INTEL PROset Wireless diagnostics and the first test on hardware failed caus pilot problems.

When I'm looking for the card I can't find it as hardware (but the card fisicaly is connected)

how to solve the problem?

Hi,

*Have you performed any changes ( software/hardware) on the system before which the wireless card disappeared?

*Which is the wireless card that was installed on the system?

*What is the operating system installed on the system ,also send the service tag of the system via private message so that I can assist you further.

Awaiting your response.

Kind Regards,

Hi,

I would ask you to run a antivirus and malware scan on the system.

Then if the issue still seen go to at RUN type devmgmt.msc to go to device manager under network adapters check if the wireless card is seen.

Awaiting your response after trying these steps.

Kind Regards,
