I have Dell 6330 with Windows 10. In the laptop I have a HSDPA-modem (DW5804) that worked until Windows 10 was updated with aniversary update. After that it returns error 651. Anyone experienced the same?

Run the diagnostics by pressing F12 during startup and let me know the results
Also update the WWAN driver from the dell support website.
