We are unable to verify the service attached to the Service Tag or Express Service Code you have entered, and fan doesnt stops after I shutdown
Hi
I installed windows 10 on my Dell 3542 and I m facing a problem, when I shutdown my laptop the screen goes off but the fan keeps on running until the battery drains out. Sometimes the laptop goes off properly, but mostly it doesnt.
I tried dell chat technical support but unable to verify the service attached to the Service Tag or Express Service Code entered.

i got the 3542 also win 10
go to control panel
uninstall program
uninstall
intel rapid storage
intel security assist
intel management engine

I didnt worked, i tried upgrading the driver it didnt worked, later i uninstalled them but still same issue
